Start with the experience you want

Some days you want to move to music without worrying about remembering a whole routine. Other days you want to work through choreography or spend time on a particular style. There is no single best choice: the right class depends on what interests you today.

Bounz Fitness: move with the music

Bounz Fitness is a dance fitness format built around following the instructor and moving to music. It is a starting point if you enjoy an energetic group session and want the focus to be on moving together.

Read the individual session listing and ask the team about the format if it is new to you.

Choreography: build a routine

Choreography classes give you a sequence to learn, practise and bring to life. You can work on remembering phrases, matching musical accents and adding your own expression.

Collaborative sessions bring more than one teacher into the room. Check the teacher names and class details so you know who is leading your session.

Style classes: explore a specific direction

A style-focused class gives you a more specific starting point. Meraki’s schedule includes sessions such as locking, K-pop and krump choreography, alongside other formats. Each listing has its own level and teacher; the class title alone does not tell you how challenging it will be.

Use the schedule to narrow it down

Filter by style, level or teacher, then open a class for its details. Check the current availability and price before continuing. For a children’s session, read the listed age range and ask the team about suitability.

If two classes appeal to you, choose the one that works with your week. Consistency starts with making room for a session you look forward to.
