Confirmed, or checked by a personIf the room is free and the booking fits our rules, it is confirmed straight away. Anything unusual, such as a large group or a commercial shoot, is checked by the team. The deposit is refunded if we decline.

How far ahead can I book?

Up to 4 weeks ahead, the same as classes.

When is my booking confirmed?

Straight away when the room is free, the time is inside opening hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM), the group fits the room and it is not a commercial shoot. Otherwise the team checks it and replies.

What if you decline my request?

The deposit is refunded in full, and we suggest another time or room if we can.

Can I cancel or move a rental?

You can cancel a request while it waits for approval, and the deposit is refunded. [Studio to provide the terms for changing an approved rental.]

What equipment is included?

Do I need insurance or to sign a waiver?

You agree to the waiver and terms each time you book. [Studio to confirm any insurance requirement for commercial shoots and workshops.]
